Robert C. Mark is the owner and principal of NOVAEDIS Prime. He has spent his career on job sites — from field engineer to principal — and today sets the firm's standards for safety, quality, and client accountability across every region we build in.
Under Robert C. Mark’s ownership, NOVAEDIS Prime has grown from a single Saratoga job-site into a national builder with active operations in California, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New York — delivering healthcare, education, corporate, industrial, and civic work.

Founds NOVAEDIS Prime in Saratoga
Starts the firm with a single crew and a tenant-improvement contract on Saratoga Avenue, self-performing concrete and carpentry.
First institutional portfolio
Wins a multi-phase district education program, establishing the preconstruction and phasing discipline that still defines the firm.
Healthcare and mission-critical
Builds out the OSHPD/HCAI and data-center practice, taking the firm into fully occupied, zero-downtime environments.
National expansion
Opens regional operations in Texas and Florida, then Pennsylvania and New York, keeping one operating standard across all five states.
