A 52-story Class-A office tower in the West Loop, designed to anchor a new district. The project introduced a high-performance glass envelope and a podium-level public plaza that gives back nearly a full acre to the neighborhood.
The constrained urban site sat directly above two active rail lines. Foundation work was sequenced around track windows, with caissons drilled through historic vault structures. A self-climbing perimeter screen kept the public realm safe during the 38-floor concrete pour cycle.
Delivered design-build with the architect and engineer integrated from day one. Concrete cycle held to a three-day floor pace for thirty-eight stories, completing structure four weeks ahead of schedule.
