Challenges & solutions

Slab-on-grade heave protection under the freezer required a sub-slab warming system installed before pour, with zero tolerance for rework once panels were set.
Construction process

Refrigeration commissioning began while finishes were still underway, pulling down temperature zone by zone so the client could stock the building weeks early.
