Overview
A one-million-square-foot cross-dock distribution center with 220 dock positions, an integrated automation mezzanine, and full trailer storage built on a former quarry site.
Scope of work

- ·Tilt-up concrete superstructure
- ·40-foot clear height with ESFR sprinkler system

Challenges & solutions

Site soils required deep dynamic compaction across forty acres before pad construction could begin. The team executed compaction and tilt-up panel casting in parallel to hold the fourteen-month schedule.
Construction process

Design-build delivery let structural engineering, MEP, and racking design proceed concurrently. Panels were cast on site, eliminating long-haul trucking and reducing schedule risk.
